Legal
Who publishes this site, what it is and is not, and what to do if something on it is wrong.
Draft for review. The campaign identification wording and these terms must be confirmed by the campaign's CFO and legal advisor, and checked against the Town Clerk's guidance, before launch.
Who publishes this site
This website is published by the Rahmat Mansoor campaign for Ward 3 Councillor, Bradford West Gwillimbury, Ontario.
Authorized by the Chief Financial Officer for the Rahmat Mansoor campaign.
This is not an official site
Nothing here is published by, endorsed by, or issued on behalf of the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, the County of Simcoe, or the Province of Ontario. Where this site summarises election rules, dates, ward boundaries or voting arrangements, it does so as a convenience only.
The Town Clerk is the authority on the conduct of the municipal election. If anything on this site disagrees with the Town's published information, the Town is correct. Please tell the campaign so the error can be fixed.
Platform and commitments
The priorities described on this site set out what the candidate intends to advocate for. A ward councillor is one vote on a council; nothing here should be read as a guarantee of an outcome that requires a majority of council, another level of government, or a third party to deliver.
Platform content marked as a draft has not yet received final approval from the candidate and may change.
Resident issue reports
The issue form on this site is a campaign record, not a municipal service request. Reporting something here does not create a work order and does not oblige the Town to act. For anything that needs attention now, contact the Town directly.
Links to other sites
Links to the Town, the Province and other organisations are provided for convenience. The campaign does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Content and images
Text and images on this site are the property of the campaign unless otherwise credited. The landscape and community photographs are campaign-commissioned images of the region; they are illustrative, are not documentary records of specific events, and do not depict identifiable individuals.
Accessibility
This site is built to target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. In practice that means: full keyboard operation, visible focus indicators, semantic structure and landmarks, form fields with real labels and announced errors, text alternatives for images, colour contrast checked against AA thresholds, and full respect for the reduced-motion preference. Every animation on this site stops if your device asks it to.
Accessibility is never finished. If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site, email ward3@rahmatmansoor.ca and describe what happened. It will be treated as a defect, not a suggestion. If you need any information on this site in another format, the campaign will provide it.
Privacy
How the campaign handles personal information is set out in the privacy notice.
Donations
This website does not accept contributions. Campaign contributions in Ontario municipal elections are governed by the Municipal Elections Act and must be handled by the campaign's Chief Financial Officer through the proper channels.
After the election
Following voting day this site will either be updated to remove active campaign material or retained as a clearly marked archive of the 2026 campaign.
